Software Keys: by personal request only

In our shop, you'll find only complete licenses with documentation – meaning license keys plus an invoice with VAT shown, proof of the transfer chain, and confirmation from the previous owner. We deliberately do not sell individual keys without these documents via the shopping cart.

Why we don't sell keys openly

A license key alone does not grant usage rights. It is only the technical string of characters that allows an installation to be activated. Whether you are actually allowed to use the software is determined by the license behind it – and that can only be proven with documentation.

This is precisely where cheap keys from marketplaces fail: they often activate without problems, but originate from regions outside the EEA, from educational or NFR programs, or from blocked volume agreements. In a license audit, they are worthless, and for businesses, they pose a real risk. The detailed differences are explained on our page Key vs. License.

We don't want anyone to buy something from us that would not hold up in a serious situation. That's why we don't offer any key without the appropriate documentation – at least not with a click.

When we still help

There are cases where a single key is the right solution. For example:

  • You have a valid license but lost the key.
  • You need a replacement key after a hardware change.
  • You are looking for a version or edition not available in the shop.
  • You need larger quantities and want to discuss availability and price beforehand.

We handle such inquiries personally, not through the shopping cart. We review your case, honestly tell you what's possible – and also if there's nothing we can do.

How to reach us

Briefly tell us what it's about: which software, which version, how many workstations, and whether it's for private or commercial use. With this information, we can usually tell you in the first step if and how we can help.
