What if it doesn't work?
In case of error messages, a restart usually helps, or entering it via the command line as an administrator with slmgr.vbs /ipk [Key]. If the key is rejected as already in use, it is often due to an active old installation – or, after a hardware change, due to its binding to your old motherboard.
